Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to refund before the order is dispatched so please choose your ring design and sizing carefully. Thank you for supporting our small business!
Terms & conditions of purchasing:
By purchasing I agree to the following terms & conditions by clicking the tick upon checkout (1-5)
1. Pieces are hand crafted and show the craftsmanship (small 'imperfections' and scratches)
2. I may wait up to 6 weeks before my item is dispatched

3. My piece may differ slightly from images
You are purchasing with the knowledge that your piece will differ slightly from our photos. Serpency pieces are all individually handcrafted so these one of a kind pieces are made extra special for you.
4. Once purchased my ring cannot be resized
Sadly our rings cannot be resized. Please make sure you choose carefully & if you realise shortly after purchasing that you have accidentally selected the wrong size, please send us an email within 1 week.
5. We will not accept returns for change of mind, wear and tear, failure to care for your piece or incorrect sizing - so please make sure you know your correct size!
