Shipping policy

Please note: Serpency is a very small business run by a one woman team. All orders placed may take up to 6 weeks until they are shipped as all of our pieces are handmade.

You are purchasing from our tiny store with the knowledge that your piece may take 6 weeks to craft before it is dispatched. Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to refund before the order is dispatched so please choose your ring design and sizing carefully. Thank you for supporting our small business! 

 

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped at least 6 weeks after purchased date to allow time for your hand crafted piece to be made.

 

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout dependent on your location.

 

Once the order is completed and sent off, you will receive a notification and a tracking number.

 

Serpency will not be held responsible for incorrect/invalid address input, customs/import taxes, refusal by addressee in your country or  restrictions in your country receiving parcels from Australia. If a parcel is sent back due to any of these reason, the customer will cover extra shipping/return cost. (please check the customs/import taxes in your country, as well as any restrictions receiving international post from Australia) 

Lost Parcels: once your parcel is sent off and tracking number received Serpency will no longer be held liable for your item
