Returns:

We will not accept returns for change of mind, wear and tear, failure to care for your piece or incorrect sizing - so please make sure you know your correct size!

 

 

If you believe your piece has been damaged during transit or you have received the wrong order, please email us with images supporting this claim and we will do our best to find a resolution - serpencyjewellery@gmail.com

 

For any returns, shipping and handling is at the customers cost. All returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
